About EAM
A regional affiliate of the Academy of Management, the EAM holds its annual meeting and conference each May at locations in eastern North America. Competitive papers, symposia, and panels emphasize the pursuit of excellence in teaching and scholarly research in the field of management.
In 1985, the EAM initiated a series of biennial international conferences. Jointly sponsored by EAM and local universities in international locations, the EAM-I Conferences have become a source of collaboration and learning among academics and practitioners since their inception. The first EAM-I conference was held in Tilburg in the Netherlands. Since then conferences have been held in locations around the world, including Berlin, Singapore, Cape Town, Amsterdam, Rio de Janeiro, and most recently Bangalore, India. About SMA
Southern Management Association is a society of professionals drawn together through a common interest in the field of management. They hold their annual conference in October/November each year in the Southern United States.

Registration and Payment Information
Registration Fees Participants: The early registration fee for the EAM-I Conference is US$475 if paid by April 22, 2013. Thereafter, the regular registration fee is US$550.
The fee covers the conference program, copy of the conference proceedings, attendance at all sessions, the opening (Welcome) reception, corporate site visits, luncheon each day, the Jerez winery trip with lunch, and the closing gala dinner with Flamenco dancing and music.
Optional trip to Alhambra in Granada
We have arranged an optional trip to visit the Alhambra in Granada (a UNESCO World Heritage site) on Thursday. Click here for more information on this trip.
SPECIAL DISCOUNTED RATE FOR DOCTORAL STUDENTS: The first 25 FULL TIME Doctoral students that have an accepted paper will get $100 off their EAM-I registration fee. You will need to provide documentation of your student status when you arrive at Seville. Click here to register at this discounted rate
Guests: For guests/spouses the early registration fee is US$225 if paid by April 22, 2013. Thereafter guest/spouse registration is US$275. Guest registration fee includes the opening (Welcome) reception, corporate site visits, luncheon each day, the winery trip with lunch, and the closing gala dinner.
How to register and pay
  1. Click here to access the online registration form (if you are not logged in to your account, you will be asked to provide your login details or create a new account at this time).
  2. You will then be asked to enter registration and payment information. Registration fees can be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) or Check/Money Order (payable in US Dollars). After you have completed the form, press the 'Complete Registration' button at the bottom of the page.
  3. An Invoice/Registration Confirmation will be displayed to you (you will also be sent an email confirming your registration). If you chose to pay by credit card, your registration is now complete! If you chose to pay by check/money order, you will need to mail the this registration confirmation sheet, along with your check/money order, to the address indicated on the sheet.

Refund Policy For registrants who are not on the EAM-I Program, EAM provides a 100% refund for cancellations received by 8 June 2013. No refunds are offered for cancellations made after this date. For registrants who are on the EAM-I Program, EAM provides a 100% refund for cancellations received by 1 May 2013. No refunds are offered for EAM-I Program Participants after this date.
